I just discovered that when you add a Google location with your photos, you can also upload them to Google Earth, where they might actually get used!!!! Haven't put up many from my recent excursion to Australia and New Zealand, but here's a start from Tasmania.

Thought this simply beautiful, so it will probably find it's way into some further exploration. I have a feeling that this piece of equipment may not be mining-related, as there were other things like butter churns in the fore-museum.
