From the Georgina Pioneer Village: found in the train station
Y'know, I must get to Petrolia one of these days - thanks for the reminder! As it turns out, this particular wheel looks like it's part of a solo wooden cart that one would use on the rail tracks, but I'm waiting for more information.

Excellent. For some reason it reminds me of the 'Fitzgerald Bull-wheel' of the Petrolia Discovery.
